PNW Region – Mark Fuller
A New Jersey native, and a University of Colorado Alum, Mark headed West after high school and never looked back. He has resided in Oregon for the past 10 years, where he and his family enjoy fly-fishing, skiing, and mountain biking around their Hood River home. Prior to this, he spent nearly 17 years in Jackson, Wyoming, as a fly-fishing guide and outfitter. He still owns and operates Grand Teton Fly Fishing and spends time on the water guiding old clients when he’s not on the road in the PNW.

Great Lakes & Dakotas – Adam Aikens
Adam Aikens grew up conventional fishing in Fargo, North Dakota before moving to Michigan in 2015 where he was introduced to fly fishing by the pastor of his church after complaining to him about the lack of walleye fishing in the area. Walleye fishing soon felt like a distant memory as Adam took advantage of the many opportunities to fly fish for trout and steelhead in Western Michigan. In May 2017, Adam was given a chance to manage a fly shop, lodge, and outfitter on the Pere Marquette River before moving “back home” to Grand Forks, ND in July 2019. He has been living the sales rep life since August 2019 and is grateful for a fun job that allows him to travel to the fishiest places and work with some of the fishiest people in the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes Regions! In his free time, Adam loves to travel with his wife and fish for trout wherever they can be found, but has a soft spot for the wild, native Brown Trout that reside in the rivers and hill lochs of Scotland.

CA/NV/HI – Matt Callies
Matt was born and raised in San Diego, chasing bass in water hazards since he was five. When he moved to Northern California in his early twenties, fly fishing got a solid grip on him and his imagination. Matt started tying because flies were spendy and moved into his truck because houses are spendy too! He started to try and figure out how to create flies that mimicked what was on the bass market currently. When his truck was about to explode with materials and gear, Matt was reintroduced to civilization, he started to guide, and work as a sales rep for some of the best companies in the fly-fishing industry. Matt’s family gives him total support. His wife, fish bum kids, and two labs never hesitate to spend a day on the water, exploring new areas to fish!
